ABSTRACT SUBMISSION DEADLINE IS

OCTOBER 31, 2010 at 24:00 hrs
  

We would like to invite you to submit an abstracts for poster or oral presentation, which will be blinded peer-reviewed according to the topic categories. The body of the abstract text (including references) is limited to maximum of 500 words.
Please structured your abstract by using the following headings: 
  • Background
  • Aim
  • Methods
  • Results
  • Conclusion
After review, you will be informed by e-mail whether the abstract has been accepted. Hence, an accurate e-mail address is critical. In case of acceptance we will consider your presentation preference.

Before starting online abstract submission, please have the following information at hand

2 Preferred presentation type (when entering your abstract data online, you will be asked to indicate one of the below preferences)
  • Oral presentation
  • Poster presentation
  • No preference
 3 Abstract topic (choose one item from the list below, the list of topics will also appear as a drop down menu when entering the abstract details) 
  • Neonatal
  • Cerebral palsy
  • Plasticity
  • Advanced MR techniques
  • Neurometabolic diseases
  • White matter integrity
  • Mitochondrial or hypomyelination
  • Cortical organization
  • Cerebral infarctions
  • Vascular malformations
  • Miscellaneous
4 Details of all co-authors: family name, initial(s), company/institute, city, country

5 Abstract title limited to maximum 200 words

6 Abstract body text limited to maximum 500 words including references
  •   Body frame abstract: Background, Aim, Methods, Results and Conclusion 
  •   Only one graphics or figure may be included in the abstract (max. 1MB) 
You can work online on your abstract, save the data and come back to finish it later. However, once you have clicked on the ‘submit’ button, you are not able to make any changes. Should you need to make changes after submission, please contact PAOG Course and Congress Organisation (paog@vumc.nl). The receipt of your abstract will be confirmed by e-mail.

Audio/Visual equipment
All meeting rooms will be equipped with a laptop and beamer as well as technical assistance. Should you require additional audio visual equipment, please send an e-mail to paog@vumc.nl before January 1st , 2011.
 
Award
There will be an award for the three best posters, please be aware that the winners have to prepare a short presentation of five slides.
